How much do you charge?
My rate can vary depending on the size and scale of the project, so please fill out the contact form here with some details - we’ll have a chat and I’ll send over a quote for your project.
What is your turnaround time?
I allow 2-3 working days for singles and up to 7 working days for EP and album projects. I always confirm an exact turnaround date as soon as a project is booked in.
How do I prepare my audio for mastering?
Generally speaking, it just needs to be bounced at the native resolution of the project, with no peaks over 0db and no limiting on the master channel. I do have a detailed mix prep guide that I will send you before we start a project if you need it.
How do I know your master will sound amazing?
If you haven’t worked with me before, I’d love to do a free test master for you - that way you can hear exactly where I can take your mix without any commitment or risk. Ask about a free mastering sample here!
Do you charge extra for revisions?
Most of the time my masters are signed off on version one, but I like to keep my revisions policy super relaxed because it can be a key part of the process. Everybody is entitled to unlimited revisions at no extra cost within 30 days of receiving the first master.
Do you charge extra for additional mix versions? (Instrumentals, Radio Edits, etc)
Nope! All additional mix versions are included free of charge, provided they can be run through the same mastering chain.
Do you offer mastering for vinyl?
Yes, I offer vinyl ready masters. If you have any questions about this just get in touch and we can chat about it!
What if I’m not happy with the results?
Although most of my masters are signed off first time around, sometimes we need to bounce back and forth a little to really dial in the artist’s vision. This is totally normal and it’s why I have a super relaxed revisions policy. Everybody is entitled to unlimited revisions at no extra cost within 30 days of receiving the first master. If you’re not 100% happy after multiple rounds of revisions, I will refund you the full cost of the mastering - although I’ve never had to do this, I want to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the process. This refund policy expires if you have already signed off on the project and have had your deliverables sent through.
Do you offer mixing services?
I will take on a mixing project here and there if it’s a good fit and I know I can deliver an amazing result on it. If not, I have a whole network of talented mixers, so I’m sure I can recommend somebody who will be a great fit for you! Let's have a chat.
